You’ll want to make sure that your Dating Coach has been professionally trained of course. A Dating Coach who has a background in Psychology or Social Work (if not both) can be very helpful in drawing out the qualities of a client’s personality that he or she may not even be aware of themselves. The Dating Coach can then help the client express themselves so their dates have the benefit of their true feelings and personality. As a simplistic but illustrative example, shyness in a person is often mistaken for conceit. The person who seems unfriendly is often just bashful, but this quality may lead to a misunderstanding – especially on a first date. A properly trained Dating Coach can resolve this type of issue by helping the client compensate for his or her shyness and even make it work in their favor.

As with any form of counseling, when you seek the assistance of a Dating Coach, be objective but also look within so you choose someone who sincerely wants to help you. The more your Dating Coach is willing to work with you as his client, the more committed he is to providing the service he’s promised. At the very least, the service of a Dating Coach will help you learn more about yourself and make you more comfortable with the personality you express to the world. Since a large part of dating is your wish to feel good about yourself through the companionship of another, just feeling better about yourself overall will make your life richer for having had the experience of being coached. RationalPlan started it’s way to become an international product. Although for now only English language is supported soon enough there will be added other languages (Italian, French, German). This means that users from all around the world will be able to use the set of project management tools that RationalPlan offers in their own language.

Current version added Outlook integration for iCalendar .ics files when sending emails with assignments to resources. Now users can add Outlook to Apple iCal and Google Calendar list of clients that can open .ics files generated with RationalPlan. Still this feature is available only for VEVENT generated items and not for VTODO ones. This lack of functionality is the result of the fact that Outlook does not fully support the iCalendar protocol. More exactly Outlook does not support VTODO and VJOURNAL elements. This Outlook lack of compatibility with the iCalendar standard is a problem for many project management software packages available on the market but Microsoft seems to refuse to implement it even in Outlook 2007.

Task deadlines are easier to be managed starting with this version. Users can display them as columns in tasks table and view them also on Gantt chart. Hence delayed tasks are easier to detect and the project manager has more time available to solve them.

One other issue that was treated in this version is the file locking mechanism. RationalPlan uses a file lock system to avoid concurrent access conflicts from different users. But on certain network sharing protocols like Samba file locking mechanism is not supported. On these networks RationalPlan will still open files but without locking and is the users responsibility to manage concurrency.

The interface settings are now also kept for the “Risks” view. In addition to this the manager has the possibility to print the list of risks for a project.

The execution speed of the application was increased substantially on certain views like the “Resource Sheet” and “Task Sheet”. More changes were made for a better integration of RationalPlan with the Mac OS X platform. Also some important bug fixes are related to the import of MS Project files.

You may be a goal oriented person, but that does not necessarily mean that you have the time management strategies that are required in order to achieve those goals. Do you feel like you could use some assistance in developing better time management? While everyone may not be inherently good at managing their own time, there is no reason why you cannot teach yourself to manage your day better by employing the right strategies for efficient and effective time management. These three time-management strategies can be learned in order to help you better achieve the goals that you set out to accomplish.

1 – Prioritize. The best way to meet your goals through the management of time is to prioritize all of the facets of your life. Prioritize the projects that you need to complete, the various tasks that exist within each of these individual projects, and your daily list of tasks to complete as well. By setting priorities for everything that you intend to accomplish in a day, you can be sure to accomplish the most important tasks, leaving the less important tasks for last. This is an excellent way to manage time and to ensure that your goals are met.

2 – Planning. One of the best ways to manage your time for the achievement of your goals is to effectively plan out the things that need to be done, when those tasks need to be completed, and what is needed in order to accomplish those tasks. By putting some forethought into the tasks that you intend to complete, you can better prepare yourself for them. This way, as you address each task, you will be ready to complete it in a timely manner rather than scrambling around looking for necessary tools or equipment.

3 – Get a Clear Picture. By creating a clear picture of the ways that you spend your time today, you can better make improvements on your time management skills. You can only make improvements in your time management strategies if you have a clear picture about what you are doing now and where improvements need to be made. If you do not have a clear picture of what you are doing, or more importantly, what you are doing wrong, there is no way for you to know where improvements need to be made.
