Project Management and Task tracking software suggestions?

I have about 5 projects going on right now – thanks God for all this work!
However I’m having a hard time with tracking all my tasks and deadlines. Does anyone have any suggestions on software (or even an excel sheet) to help track multiple projects and timelines?
