Project managment software?
Basically I work for a small company and we quote jobs and have to give lead times. We want to make sure we aren’t over extending ourselves, so I need a basic time management software that would let me keep track of jobs. I want to keep track of hours avaible to work for 7 employees, completed hours on a project, and hours left to complete job. Also so I can see total availble time to work for a certain date range so I can see if we have time to complete the job when accepting a new job. Can anyone recomend some good software easy to use is a bonus.
Its a bit difficult these days to find a software which suits your needs, as there are plenty available. A good timesheet software would probably help you manage your resources.
A project management software would help you, if you are breaking your jobs into projects and assigning resources to these projects. But for a simple task I would suggest you try a timesheets software rather than going for a project scheduling software.
