Another Time Management software feature is to have a list of your important meetings with time and date and your upcoming deadlines. You should be able to plan weekly or daily if you wish to do so. Your software should have features to make changes as you proceed.
Many Time Management software packages have features of awarding time to new projects along with an ongoing project. With the software you should be able to allocate time, resources and people to the new task without neglecting the former. It also filters your information and comes up with the data that you need. Time Management software is mostly a part of Project Management software. But you can have completely separate Time Management software to manage your project time.
