Are there any cool ways to present a workshop on time management/ organization? what activities could I do? any other ideas?
Ok, this is a stupid idea and would cost you some money, but recently time management PC games are becoming popular. Like Diner Dash, etc.

You could have students or participants in the workshop play some of the difficult levels in a game. They could focus on thinking ahead, predicting future obstacles, and whatever time management courses go over.
